This was a study done in collaboration with the University from Brussels (ULB). The objective of the predictive model was to predict if a woman will get an ovarian cancer based on her ADN code.

This dataset was provided by the Kent Ridge Biomedical Department and can be found at: http://leo.ugr.es/elvira/DBCRepository/OvarianCancer/OvarianCancer-NCI-PBSII.html.

  • Training set targets: 46 (target density 33.8 %)
  • Test set lines: 34
  • Test set targets: 12 (target density 35.2 %)

The red line represents the perfect model.
The blue line is the TIMi model.
